I hand emboss the shape of a bonefish by using punches to stretch and bend the pewter from it's backside. Then I use acid to darken the flat field on the front. The pewter is soldered to brass, and has nickel attachments, and is a neat marriage of 3 recycled USA metals. Each buckle is made with hand tools, and hallmarked by me, 2.25 inches diameter.

This buckle is partnered with a full grain buffalo leather belt. Buffalo is thicker, softer, more flexible, stronger, and resists abrasion better than cow leather. Read more about your 1.5 inch wide buffalo leather belt .
